We call you to find out where you and your business is now, and discuss any key issues Together we identify the most appropriate session to attend: Strategy, Planning or Finance. (You can click on the service links opposite to see what we typically do with strategy/planning and finance for clients) You invite whoever you feel appropriate from within your business We have a lively three hour session exploring your business We provide a follow up report and call you to review the session and explore the next steps Benefits?
