Project scope:
Engaged by UK investors looking to secure and grow their investment in a Slovak telecoms business. Brief was to carry out a strategic and business review of a business that had a volatile trading history and limited management reporting systems.

What we did:
Strategic and Business Review with the senior managers at the Slovak offices.
Sourced local partners and suppliers to contribute to the development of the business.
Recommended restructuring the business having consulted with local law and accountancy firms to establish what was possible within Slovak law.

Client result:
Integrated strategic and business planning processes.
A new organisation structure established including a UK Head Office.
New management information system sourced, based on revised strategic and business objectives.

Project Scope:
Engaged by two experienced executives in the language school market to provide a Strategic Plan for a start-up business. Targeting private investor funding to support their aggressive acquisitions plans in the education sector.

What we did:
5 Year Strategic Plan.
PowerPoint presentation for investor meetings.
Action Plan to develop the plan itself, and key milestones post funding.

Client Outcomes:
Client signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a single UK investor, with agreement to provide £2m equity and up to £4m debt.
